We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery if your product is: Damaged or defective (e.g., broken, not working properly). Incomplete (missing items or accessories). Incorrect (wrong product, size, color, or expired). Not matching the product description or images. Wrong or missing item (requires unboxing video as proof). Not fitting (only for E-commerce Special Products). ⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Underwear and intimate wear. Items that deteriorate or expire quickly. Personalized or customized items (e.g., football shirts, engraved products). Items inseparably mixed after delivery. Used, washed, or altered products.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without flaws. Original tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories must be included. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging/box (without tape or stickers directly on it). The Order Number and Return Tracking Number must be indicated on the package. Customers must collect and keep the Return Acknowledgment Slip from the courier.

Refunds are processed once: Your returned product has been received and QC (Quality Check) is completed successfully. Your cancellation request has been processed. Your failed delivery is returned to us.

The processing time depends on the payment method used: bKash/Nagad: Usually 5–7 working days. Bank transfer: Usually 7–10 working days. Card payments: Usually 7–14 working days. Refunds include the product price and original shipping fee (if applicable).

Yes. Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions: The product must be fresh, unused, and saleable. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. An exchange is allowed only once. The exchange must be for a product of equal or higher value (customers pay the difference). Original invoice, shoe box, and packaging are required.

You can exchange your product in two ways: In-Store Exchange: Visit any Lotto Flagship Outlet with your invoice and packaging. Online Exchange: Email Customer Care and return the product to: LottoBD Ashraf Shetu, Tongi, 1710, Dhaka. Once verified, exchanges are processed within 30 working days.

All delivery/shipping costs for exchanges must be paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly discounted items can be returned/exchanged. Clearance or heavily discounted items may not be eligible for return/exchange unless faulty.
