Exchange Policy


At Express Leather Products Ltd. (Lotto Bangladesh), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, please review the following terms and conditions:

General Terms
Customers may request an exchange for any purchased item in fresh, unused, and saleable condition within 3 (three) days of receiving the product.
An exchange can be made once only, and must be for a product of equal or higher value. For higher-value items, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
Exchanges will only be accepted with a valid online purchase invoice, the original shoe box, and intact packaging.

Exchange Methods
1. In-Store Exchange
Customers may exchange their purchased items at any Lotto Flagship Retail Outlet by following the terms of this Exchange Policy.
2. Online Exchange
Customers may request an exchange via email through our Customer Care team.
The item(s) must be returned to:
Express Hub E-commerce
Ashraf Shetu, Tongi, 1710, Dhaka.
Once the returned item is received and verified, the exchange will be processed within 30 (thirty) working days, in accordance with this policy.

Delivery Costs
All delivery/shipping costs incurred in connection with an exchange under this policy shall be borne by the customer.
